No animal hide anywhere in the bag. Wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth and let it air-dry. Skip leather conditioners and solvents. Store it filled out, in its dust bag, away from direct sun and heat.

About Nela

Nela is a small label that designs its own bags. Every shape starts with our own drawings and tech pack, and every one gets a name instead of a product code. Twelve shapes, three colors, made for women who would rather buy one good bag than five quick ones.

Your Nora leaves us in its own cotton dust bag, tags attached, ready to keep it looking the way it arrived.

Is this real leather?

No, and we say so on purpose. Every Nela bag is made from vegan leather, with no animal hide anywhere in it. The exact material is listed under The details on each bag.

Which size is right for me?

Every bag lists its measurements in centimetres and inches, plus its empty weight. The easiest check: hold them up against a bag you already carry every day.

What comes with the bag?

Each bag arrives in its own cotton dust bag, with its tags attached. Keep both if you think you might return it.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, as long as it has not shipped yet. Email hello@nelabags.com and we cancel it with a full refund, shipping included. Once it is on its way, it becomes a return.

Do you ship outside the US?

Not yet. We ship to US addresses only, including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, and we cannot deliver to PO boxes or freight forwarders.
