Where is my order?
A tracking link goes out by email as soon as your order ships. If it has not updated for five business days, send us your order number and we chase the carrier ourselves.
I want to send something back.
You have 60 days from delivery. Email us your order number and we reply with the return address, usually the same day.
Which shape should I get?
Tell us what you carry on an ordinary day and we will tell you which shape holds it. We would rather help you choose well than take a return.
A seam has come loose.
The stitching is covered for two years. Send a photo and we repair or replace the bag, at no cost and with no postage to pay.
